TFT 2: TSH, TT3, TT4

About This Test
TFT 2: TSH, TT3, TT4 is a thyroid function panel that measures the pituitary signal (TSH) together with total T3 and total T4 (free plus protein-bound) to evaluate overall thyroid hormone production. It helps diagnose underactive or overactive thyroid and is useful when binding-protein changes are expected (e.g. pregnancy, estrogen therapy) or for treatment monitoring.
