How does Upload Lab Request work?
Upload a clear photo or PDF of your doctor’s request or prescription. We’ll match the tests, confirm pricing, and send you an order link to book your home service.
What formats can I upload?
A photo (phone camera is fine) or a PDF. If the request has multiple pages, upload all pages.
What if my request has unclear handwriting or abbreviations?
No problem. We’ll confirm ambiguous items with you before you pay or book.
Can you quote only, without booking yet?
Yes. You will receive a quote first, then you can decide if you want to make a booking.
Do you offer home sample collection for blood, urine, and stool tests?
Yes. Depending on the test, we can arrange home collection and transport to a partner laboratory for processing.
Do I need to fast before the visit?
Only if your requested tests require fasting. Please see patient preparation for the selected tests to see if fasting is required. Always follow your doctor's orders.
When are results released and how are they delivered?
Your sample is processed by a partner laboratory. Once released, the laboratory report is sent to your email. For most tests results are released the next day.

We offer home service blood testing in Metro Manila, including Taguig (BGC), Makati, Quezon City, Manila, Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Marikina, Pasay, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa (Alabang), Caloocan, Valenzuela, Malabon, and Navotas.
